Automatic pallet wrapping machine
Equipped with Human Interface Communication System and PLC , which is stability, and easy operation without requiring specific training.
Automatic fault detection and display system. Control panel automatically displays system faults and activates alarm to notify operator.
Film shortage detection：When film run out or broken, the machine stopped, activates alarm and displayed on panel.
Automatic film cutting：At the end of wrapping process the film will be cut smoothly by electrothermal component.
The Signal Feedback System used in the Pre-stretch unit has been awarded two patents in Taiwan Japan and China. This system allows the stretch wrap to evenly wrap all four corners and sides of the package with equal tension.
With soft start / stop, home positiob device: Prevent packages falling during operation and machine can stop in position to unloading conveniently.
Turntable speed is calculated in laps/min. Carriage up-down speed is calaulated in meters/min. It can be adjusted as required by the customer.
Top & bottom wrapping layers can be set from the control panel.
Compact and robust construction, the machine is suitable for a variety of harsh working environments.
