Paper roll pallet wrapping machine
With smart and user friendly control system.
The display on the control panel is simple and clear.
Five different wrapping modes:
- Standard wrapping
- Two different types of single layer warpping modes.
- Central area automatic strengthen wrapping mode.
- Water proof wrapping mode.
- Roll wrapping mode.
With soft start / stop, home positiob device: Prevent packages falling during operation and machine can stop in position to unloading conveniently.
When the packaging is completed, the film can set to be cut automatically or manually.
Turntable speed is calculated in laps/min. Carriage up-down speed is calaulated in meters/min. It can be adjusted as required by the customer.
Top & bottom wrapping layers can be set from the control panel.
With touch control panel, waterproof panel box, PCBA, high stability.
Compact and robust construction, the machine is suitable for a variety of harsh working environments.
Multifunctional pallet wrapping machine, suitable for cylinder (paper roll) or pallet.
The double action wrapping function is applied on roll form packages. When the turntable rotates, the power roller simulatneously rotates the cylindrical form package, thus providing "double action wrapping".
When the packaging is completed, the roll form can be pushed out automatically.
